Open Question: Church members has this book titled 23 minutes in hell frightened young people or children in your church

I saw a picture on a website called Soul choice ministries of a young boy holding up a book copy in his hand and would this be to scary for children to read an give them nightmares because they are to young to understand?Do you believe this book as a true fact or is this a brain washed fiction story?
